Hobby Photo Gallery
As I perused Google images for pictures of LED grow lights, I
realized that there is very little
available in the way of pictures of
    plants growing under LEDs.  This
is when it dawned on me that I
have become a hoarder of the
information I am supposed to be
    disseminating.  Over the years, I
    have collected hundreds of
    photographs of hobby gardens
         utilizing LED Grow Master lighting.
    Many of these pictures have
come from clients and some from
my own gardens.  Although it is no
small task, my goal is to make
these photos available by the new year.  See the first pictorial installment
on the many uses of LED grow lights in the hobby garden here. (Please be
patient for pictures to load and check back often for new photos.)  To submit
your own success story or pictures email angela@led-grow-master.com --AL

Comparing the Cost of LED Grow Lights
According to the United States Department of Labor Bureau of Labor
Statistics, the cost of electrical equipment manufacturing has increased by
over 25% in the last 5 years.  Our cost has increased on everything from
assembly, to such things as wire, interconnect cables, DC sockets, and even
the boxes we ship in.  In an effort to keep prices down for the end user, LED
Grow Master chose to absorb these price increases over the last several
years without raising the retail price of our products.  Our first priority has
always been to provide high quality, state of the art lighting to our clients.
Due to the latest cost of production increases; in order to maintain this level
of product quality and meet our client's expectations, a retail price increase
    went into effect December 1st.
The higher retail price offers a greater opportunity for profit to
distributors while remaining competitive with other products on the market.
You can still feel good about the value to your customers and we do not
foresee another price increase in the future.  To see how this new pricing

Where We Have Been and Where We Are Going
Since it's inception almost a decade ago, LED grow lights have seen
consistent growth with a steady introduction of new ideas.  Here at  LED
Grow Master, we were growing under LEDs long before the concept was
even a twinkle in our competitors eye.  My first array was the original
SolarOasis lamp consisting of a single cluster that ran on less than 3 watts
of electricity.  The second model was the recently retired LGM1.  Next, came
    the LGM3, LGM5, ABP3,
    ABP5, the LGM540, and the
    ABP540.  Many of these models
    have multiple versions as
    SolarOasis quickly incorporates
    advancements in LED technology
    and our understanding of how
plants use light into the latest
    production.  Since that original
    cluster, we have consistently
    increased the light output and
    efficiency with each new version
and model. The coming year will be
no exception as we gear up for the
    release of the long awaited
    NanoSun; specifically designed for
    the commercial grower.
We believe  a lack of understanding has been the greatest barrier to
LED plant lighting.  In order to overcome this obstacle, LED Grow Master
includes over 100 pages of information on our website.  We have published
more than 150 articles addressing common questions about LED grow lights
to ensure our clients have the information they need to feel confident in our
technology.  Many of these articles can be found in our newsletter archive,
or a monthly column in Garden & Greenhouse magazine titled "Gardening
Efficiently."   Not only will we continue to update the public about new
research, in 2011 LED Grow Master will focus on making this information
more accessible through videos, translation, and collaboration with a wider
    variety of media outlets.
LED Grow Master has focused most of our energy on researchers and
Universities for the last five years.  As more of the information from these
projects becomes available to the public, we will be shifting some of this
energy towards making our products locally accessible through garden
supply stores and nurseries.   You can expect to see a great deal more of
LED Grow Master lighting in 2011 as LEDs go mainstream.
