Payment Information- Until credit is established, all invoices are payable prior to shipment. Debit and credit cards
are accepted for orders that total less than $2,000.00 USD. For larger purchases payment should be made via check,
money order, or wire transfer. Once credit is established, all invoices are net 30 with 1.5%/mo interest charged after
30 days. Credit is granted solely at the discretion of LED Grow Master Global, LLC and may not reflect distributors
current credit rating.

Shipping & Handling- Distributors are responsible for all shipping charges. Unless otherwise specifically requested,
LEDs ship USPS Priority for domestic packages and Express International for shipments outside the USA. Packages
are shipped insured and require an adult signature upon delivery. The following information can be used to estimate
shipping charges via the USPS website:
Packages ship from zip code 89507 and the shipping weights and dimensions are as follows:
1-bar = 3 lbs (6”x6”x28”)
2-bars = 4 lbs (6”x6”x28”)
4-bars = 7 lbs (6”x6”x28”)
8-bars = 11 lbs (6”x6”x28”)
24-bars = 35 lbs (11”x16”x28+/-)
This all assumes the normal mix of power adapters and connector cables. Also, “all” international AC power cords are
heavier than US power cords, so if the shipment is international then there is a little more weight.
Accessory garden supplies (anything that is not LGM lighting) generally ship UPS or through a freight service for
larger orders. Please call if you need more information about shipping costs for these items.
Non-USA Shipments
Packages delivered outside the USA may incur customs or import taxes. We have no control over whether they will
charge customs or import taxes when the package reaches your country. We write on customs forms what is inside
each package as well as the cost of your order. The person who receives the order is responsible for paying all costs
associated with moving their package through their country's customs or import tax system and we cannot make
refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs. We recommend
that you contact your local customs or import office for further information on what these charges may be before you
make an order.
